David Mitchell is a multi-faceted Senior Executive with a proven track record in growing business on a global basis for companies in the technology sector. As a Chair Emeritus of the International Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Dave has vast experience in developing international business opportunities, evaluating global trends in technology policies, and promoting the development of technology to an international business audience. Dave’s career includes senior management roles at Battelle Memorial Institute, Gannett Fleming, and Global Language Translation.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University and also serves as a member of the Review Board for SAIC , a premier technology integrator which provides full lifecycle solutions in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets.
